**Position **: Account Executive

**Qualification **: B.Com M.Com

**Experience :**:1.5 - 4 Years

**Salary :**:21k - 27k PM

**Gender **: Only Male

**Locations :**:Panjarapole, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**For More Details Calling Time **: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM ( Monday To Friday )

**Job Roles &** **Responsibilities**

To look after routine day to day accounting i.e. Cash, Bank, J/Vs, Purchase and Sales.
To scrutinize the ledger accounts of debtors, creditors and all nominal accounts periodically.
To monitor OPD receivables, laboratory receivables and dues from other clients like Hospitals, service providers etc.
To set up accounting function in new branches and to take care of issues at the existing Branches - at present about 15.
To co-ordinate with counterparts in various Branches - at present about 15.
To co-ordinate with counterparts in other organizations where Unipath is a partner. LLP Firms accounting and Finance work supervision and control.
Co-ordinating for TDS & GST related work like depositing monthly TDS & GST in time, ensuring timely filing of TDS & GST returns.
All other tax compliances including proper TDS deduction, timely payments and returns filing, etc.
To prepare timely stock statements and submit it to the bank regularly.
To prepare CMA data, to look after banking operations in a manner to reduce interest charge.
Handling a team of 15 plus members at HO and all branches
In co-ordinatation with Internal Auditor to chalk out Internal Audit Programme and to implement it and supervise it.
To get statutory audit done including providing all requisite details and solging their queries.
Returns filing in close co-ordination with Sr. Managar and CFO.
To attend to scrutiny assessments, provide details to authorities whenever required.
Ensuring and supervising proper filing and record storage.
Co-ordinating with other dept.
To assist Senior Manager in preparation of MIS, Budgets etc.
To implement Laboratory Management System Software and to guide the ERP team wherever required.
To assist CFO in documentation and legal drafting.
To co-ordinate with advocates for filing civil and criminal suits. To attend to other legal matters.
