**Your Role**

As an **Executive**in **Events & Experience**team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue through proactive upselling of

food & beverage services, event packages, and personalized concierge offerings to StayVista guests. This role

requires a deep understanding of customer service, sales techniques, and the ability to identify guest preferences

to create memorable experiences.

**About You**
- 2 years of hands-on experience in F&B sales and client servicing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and experiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Proactively pitch and upsell F&B offerings (breakfast, meals, high tea, BBQ, etc.) to booked guests and

inbound queries.
- Collaborate with villa chefs and property managers to curate guest-specific menus.
- Promote and convert event opportunities (birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, intimate weddings, etc.)

with relevant F&B add-ons and décor services.
- Recommend and sell personalized concierge services such as spa, local experiences, live music, bonfires,

and more.
- Call and connect with confirmed bookings to understand occasion, preferences, and pitch relevant

value-adds.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to all pre-arrival queries regarding F&B, events, or concierge

requirements.
- Maintain a warm and solution-oriented communication style to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with villa teams, chefs, vendors, and regional ops for smooth execution of F&B or event

services.
- Ensure accurate billing and seamless delivery of promised inclusions.
- Prepare sales reports, revenue trackers, and conversion data.
