**The Role**:

**Key Accountabilities**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Creation of bulk campus offers ensuring accuracy and consistency in the offer**

- **Releasing offer letters and managing acceptance process on the ATS (Oleo) tool**
- **Tracking the offer statues and deadline to ensure timely follow up’s**
- **Identifying areas for process improvement to streamline the offer management**

- **Documentation & upload of the required details on the tool/ folder**
- **Offer SOP updates & hosting training as & when required**
- **Ability to test the new feature enhancement of the ATS tool in case of any new**
**release**

**Skills & Experience**:
**You’ll need to demonstrate**:

- 1-3 years of experience preferably is talent acquisition space
- Attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast
paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a
high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in using Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools like
Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Oleeo and/or other HR software is
often required.
