Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Jewelry Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for jewelry design.
- In-depth knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry manufacturing techniques.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software Corel Draw.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualization: Generate innovative and original ideas for new jewelry designs, considering current trends, customer preferences, and brand identity.
- Sketching and Rendering: Create detailed sketches and renderings of jewelry designs using both traditional and digital tools. Present design concepts for review and feedback.
- Material Selection: Work closely with the procurement team to select appropriate materials such as gemstones, metals, and other components for each design, considering quality, cost, and availability.
- Prototyping: Oversee the development of prototypes to bring designs to life, ensuring that the final product aligns with the initial vision and meets quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the design and production process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to ensure that designs are relevant and appealing in the market.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and adhere to the brand's standards of excellence.
- Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers on custom designs, understanding their preferences and translating them into unique, personalized pieces.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
