**Job Description - US Recruiter**

**Talent Acquisition Executive (Night Shift)**

**Job Location : Mumbai (Remote only)**

**CTC offered is upto 9LPA fixed**
- Manage the lateral hiring recruitment process for the United States region.
- Understanding the requirements from the hiring manager, develop Job descriptions and consult market trends
- Develop and maintain statistics and data about the recruitment trends specific to the businesses catered
- Use innovative hiring channels beyond the traditional job portals
- Develop exciting content to attract top talent and brand DGSL as an employer
- Collaboration with key stakeholders and cross teams

**Desired Skills**:

- 3-7 Years Talent Acquisition experience in the Information Technology/Computer Software Industry
- At least 3 Years of hiring experience for the United States region.
- Must be tech-savvy and active with social media channels
- Must be a graduate
- Innovative Thinking
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
