How you execute and deliver is up to you.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 3+ years of experience in US IT RecruitmentAn experience in Job diva ATS is a plus.Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hiredExperience recruiting for is highly desirableFirm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferredPrevious experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategiesProficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidatesAbility to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may haveExcellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environments.Note: 100% remote role and candidate must have a working Broadband (No Mobile Hotspot) and laptop/desktop to work remotely
