**Job Description**:

- Overall management of technical training in the organization viz.
- Identifying needs of training, developing content for the training & delivery of the training.
- Programs specifically focused on financial products and services.
- Assessing the training needs of sales professionals within the organization, creating tailored training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the impact of the training programs.
- The primary objective is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and sales techniques of the financial sales team, enabling them to effectively promote and sell financial products to clients.
- Trainer can identify sources who can help in building the content as well as help in delivering the content available.

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
