**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation workflows.
- Provide technical expertise in UiPath to ensure best practices are followed in automation projects.
- Oversee the testing and deployment of automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Monitor and maintain deployed automation solutions to ensure they continue to operate effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with deployed automation solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the automation solutions.
- Document automation processes and solutions to ensure knowledge is retained within the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve automation solutions to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
- Lead efforts to identify new opportunities for automation within the Finance and Accounting domain.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and deployment of automation solutions.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of automation projects and any issues that arise.
- Work closely with other developers to share knowledge and ensure consistency in the development of automation solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in UiPath development.
- Have a strong background in Finance and Accounting.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath.
- Show proficiency in gathering requirements and designing automation workflows.
- Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have experience in providing training and support to end-users.
- Be knowledgeable in documenting automation processes and solutions.
- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
