**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

- Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
- Document all automation processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation activities.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior developers in automation best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality automation solutions that enhance client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Have 5 to 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on automation.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in automation tools and frameworks.
- Show expertise in the Payer domain and its specific requirements.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Display effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Be proficient in programming languages commonly used in automation such as Python or Java.
- Have experience with version control systems like Git.
- Be capable of working in a hybrid model with mínimal supervision.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Be detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality results.
