**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and enthusiastic **Marketing Assistant** to support our marketing team in day-to-day operations, client engagement, and brand-building initiatives. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing managers to help coordinate exhibitions, follow up with clients, and contribute to strategic marketing efforts across domestic and international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in attending and coordinating **domestic and international exhibitions**, trade fairs, and client visits
- Follow up with **new and existing clients**, maintain communication records, and support the sales pipeline
- Help gather and analyze **market data, competitor activity, and customer trends** to support marketing strategy
- Assist in the **creation of sales strategies and promotional activities** to support sales team goals
- Help execute **tie-ups, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility efforts** across online and offline channels
- Contribute to event planning, vendor coordination, and promotional material development
- Ensure regular updates and follow-ups with clients regarding product timelines and planning
- Support corporate branding by helping maintain **brand guidelines and internal communication standards**:

- Work with marketing agencies and internal teams to select appropriate channels and strategies
- Be proactive in ensuring accurate and timely messaging, especially in time-sensitive situations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written **English communication skills**:

- Confident, well-presented, and organized individual with a professional demeanour
- Basic understanding of **marketing and sales principles**, preferably in B2B or manufacturing industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM and marketing software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in manufacturing, plastics, or industrial marketing
- Exposure to **event coordination**, exhibition planning, or trade marketing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
