**Job Title: Officer/Sr. Officer - Sales**

**Unit: Monier Roofing Pvt Ltd India**

**Reports to: Assistant Manager - Sales**

**Main responsibilities of the Job**

1) To develop sales in the designated area for BMI Monier.

2) Set up and maintain a professional dealer network in **Dehradun & other parts of Uttarakhand**

3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B in the region.

4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get MONIER Product specified.

**Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative)**
- To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region
- To develop and maintain the dealer network
- To have good negotiation and decision making ability
- To have good coordination with external agencies
- To extend the Marketing activities in the region

**Network for the Job**:

Architects, Dealers, Builders, B2C, B2B Customers All the Office Staff, Production, Accounts and Sales team & Logistics Team

**Challenge associated with the JOB**
- To develop the market which is having inferior quality competitor products

**Qualification: - **MBA with Marketing

**Age: - **26-30 (Male/ Female)

**Experience**: 3-6 years (Officer/Sr. Sales officer). Preferably worked with architects, interiors, builders along with development of channel network.

**Skills**:Smart, dynamic, willing to travel extensively to defined area and good in MS Excel,

Word & PPT

**Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English & local language)**

**Geographic Knowledge**:Mandatory working experience in Dehradun & Uttarakhand other parts of the state should be able to travel extensively.
