**About Us**:
We are a growing manufacturing company based in Noida, known for our high-quality products and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. If you're looking to start your career in accounting or have a bit of experience, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare challans for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Process and manage vendor bills, ensuring accurate recording and timely payments.
- Generate and send customer invoices, ensuring accurate billing details.
- Manage GST-related documentation, including filing returns and maintaining compliance.
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, such as data entry, reconciliation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing periodic financial reports for management.
- Support senior accounting staff with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
