A guest relation associate in a front office is responsible for providing customer service to guests and managing the front desk. Here are some of their responsibilities:

- **Customer service**: Greet guests, answer questions, and address complaints
- **Front desk management**: Ensure check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly
- **Guest experience**: Ensure guests have a comfortable stay and access to amenities
- **Information**: Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions
- **Feedback**: Gather feedback and comments from guests
- **VIPs**: Attend to VIPs with more attention and hostility
- **Welcome**: Compile welcome folders that include maps, room service menus, and information about amenities
- **Travel arrangements**: Confirm travel arrangements and make adjustments for late checkouts and early check-ins
- **Communication**: Work in close coordination with the manager and get in touch with them whenever needed
- **Database**: Ensure maintenance of proper information in the database

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
