Guest services
- Greet guests when they arrive
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
- Attend to special requests
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Promote hotel amenities and offerings

Guest records Maintain detailed guest records and reports, Review arrival lists for VIPs and guests, and Prepare requisitions for amenities. Guest experience
- Ensure that guests have a smooth check-in and check-out
- Ensure that communication lines are open between guests and hotel staff
- Tailor recommendations to guests based on their needs and wants
- Work with other departments to provide a top-notch experience for guests

Problem solving
- Resolve difficult and complex issues quickly and effectively
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
