**Job Duties**:

- Need to coordinate with sales team related to sales activities.
- Preparing Quotations and submitting to sales field staff through Software.
- Process orders and follow up (from sales field staff) on order acknowledgement and follow up till dispatch to customers
- Follow up with sales field staff for orders / offer status.
- Ensure timely execution of supplies / dispatches through dispatch team.
- Responsible for regular feedback, timely & accurate reports of customers.
- Maintain the database on regular basis.
- Tracking Monthly dispatch and follow-up with Sales Team.
- Co-ordination with customer & sales team for collection of payments.
- Responsible for handling all customers complain and provide them a satisfactory solution.
- Responsible for preparing various Sales report in Excel, must have knowledge of CRM / SAP or any back end sales support software.
