Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

- **Support Sales Team**: Assist sales representatives by coordinating schedules, customer interactions, and territory planning.
- **Order Processing**: Manage the processing of orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring all customer orders are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to track interactions and sales progress.
- **Coordination with Supply Chain**: Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical products.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends, and monitoring key performance metrics for review by the management.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in tracking product inventory levels, ensuring the availability of pharma products in stock for sales.
- **Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and product issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Material Preparation**: Create and maintain sales presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
- **Training Support**: Help in organizing and coordinating training sessions for the sales team on new pharma products, regulations, and strategies.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and report competitor activities to the sales manager.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all sales activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- **Payment and Invoice Management**: Follow up on customer payments, invoices, and pending orders, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
