Qualification : B.Sc /M. Sc - Micro

Years of Experience : 3 -5 Years

Experience in Zydus : 12/24 months

Profile:
To ensure that training is acquired for each activity/instrument prior to its execution/operation and that it is as per respective TNI.

To perform microbial analysis, document, for any product, material or utility (where applicable) as per standard testing procedure.

To document the activity of testing contemporaneously as performed in an approved format of documentation.

To report any untoward incident or deviation while performing the test to the section head by following incident or deviation reporting procedures.

To inform section head any OOS/OOT/OOC on its immediate occurrence.

To adhere to cGMP requirement while performing testing /documentation.

To perform calibration activity by following the approved procedure.

To perform all associated activities (Media Preparation, Autoclave Operation related all activity, Sterilization all activity Fumigation Related activity etc.) required for following the approved procedures.

To perform investigation as per the predefined protocol provided by section head.

Analyst shall not do obliteration of data unless justified, modification and shall not delete or destroy any analytical data (paper and electronic).

To make the inference in front of reviewer for tests like MLT & Other Micro Test wherever applicable.

To use applicable PPEs while performing testing in the laboratory.

To maintain the instrument log book, Media ,Culture etc as per Standard Testing Procedure.

To keep the things and his work area clean and tidy.

Management of all standards for issuance and usage.

To co-ordinates with in-house service engineers and / or external service engineers as and when required.

To inform section head/ department head for any abnormality and for the day to day activities.

To perform the document as per SOP. and To ensure training of the SOP or instrument before use.

To follow Good Laboratory Practices and maintain compliance.

To maintain housekeeping and area cleanliness of working area

All Media Preparation For Area monitoring purpose. ( As per schedule daily,weekly and monthly)

Autoclave Operation and Related all Work and maintain all Record of Autoclave Operation related, Balance and pH meter Daily calibration. and Colony Counter ,Balance,pH meter, autoclave Etc log book maintain

Area monitoring other Test like swab Test,Gloves Print,Air Sampling, Gowning qualification Compress Air Sampling to be Performed.

Environment monitoring of aseptic area / microbiology laboratory, Environment monitoring plate count.

Sterility Testing, Tube Daily Observation.

Growth Promotion Test of culture media.

Bacterial Endotoxin Test

Particulate matter test

Maintain master Culture & Subculture, Maintain Monthly Culture and make 100 CFU Solution Preparation

Disinfectant & sanitizing solution preparation and area cleaning.

Microbial Limit Test of OSD, Water analysis, Gram staining.

Micro Room and Sterility Room Area monitoring (temperature & differential pressure) & fumigation.

Micro all incubator and Freeze Proper maintain

Online Area monitoring Related Report To be prepared

Entry in all log book for instrument, equipment, and other (If required) when our use that time.

Any other specific work for assignment given by the section head / department head. If required Sterility ,LAL test, MLT test and any validation.and calibration

After analysis fill all result in report within a time line.

As per Job Responsibility All work shall be complete within a time limit.
