**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant and Admin Executive to handle the day-to-day financial tasks and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proficient in accounting software, and capable of maintaining smooth office operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the company while supporting administrative functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and other financial statements.
- Assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other local tax regulations.
- Prepare invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor cash flow, payments, and financial transactions to ensure financial stability.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as managing employee records, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical), ensuring confidentiality and accessibility of records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and business proposals.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in accounting or administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Indian tax laws, including GST and income tax compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Preferred**:
- Experience in managing payroll and employee benefits.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment and employee documentation.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
