**Key Responsibilities**
- **Hospital Operations Support**: Manage daily administrative tasks for clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring continuous and smooth hospital operations.
- **Record Management**: Maintain and manage secure, confidential patient and personnel records in strict compliance.
- **Staff Coordination**: Assist with scheduling, managing attendance records, coordinating internal meetings, and distributing critical communications to hospital staff.
- **Supply & Inventory**: Monitor and manage inventory of administrative and select clinical supplies, coordinating orders and liaising with vendors to prevent shortages.
- **Front-Line Communication**: Handle professional communication across various channels also act as the initial point of contact for internal and external inquiries, and directing them appropriately.
- **Policy Compliance**: Assist in the implementation and adherence of hospital administrative policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare regular administrative reports, statistical data, and presentation materials for department heads and management.
- **Facility Coordination**: Liaise with maintenance, IT, and housekeeping teams to ensure the hospital facilities and administrative areas are functional and presentable.

**Requirements**:

- Education:Bachelor's degree in hospital administration.
- **2** years of proven administrative experience, preferably within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare.
- Solid understanding of healthcare administration and medical terminology is a strong asset.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in MS Office.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and regulatory standards.
- High School Diploma required; a degree or certification in Healthcare Administration, Office Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
