**Job Description**:

- Responsible for Power Electronics Development & White Box Testing of o Converters, Inverter, Charger & Battery Management System o Magnetics o Feedback control design
- To guide, train and motivate the team members technically on the project activities and lead them in meeting the deliverables.
- Interfacing the multiple stakeholders for requirements, design activities and resolving the technical issues.
- Manage the technical team on daily basis for product development activities.
- Should have experience in project estimation, project planning and tracking.
- Proficient in Design reviews, technical documentation activities Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Power Electronics Fundamentals, Power Switching Devices (MOSFET/ IGBT), Switched mode power supplies, Magnetics & Gate Driver Design.
- Hands-on experience on Requirement analysis, Design calculation & analysis, Component selection, Simulation for Power electronics circuit design.
- Proven experience in developing the Power electronics design and Feedback control design.
- Thorough understanding of high voltage (HV) electronics design for AC and DC units (Voltages:400V-1200V, Current 200A-800A) - Detailed device level circuit simulation knowhow using various tools ie MATLAB, PSpice, LTspice.
- Sound Knowledge on PCB Schematics & Layout guidelines and reviews with tools ie Altium, Zuken.
- Sound knowledge in circuit integrity analysis ie Power, Thermal, Signal etc.
- Laboratory experience and/or hands-on power electronic product development
- Experienced in Testing of Power supply modules ie Functional, Design verification, Integration and Environmental testing
- Perform testing, data logging, using equipment like oscilloscope, voltage/current probes, high voltage power supplies, electronic loads,
- Understanding of EMC-behaviour in power electronic units is an advantage.
- Experience in FMEA, DFMEA, FMEDA & Tools like DOORS, JIRA etc
- Knowhow on automotive hardware lifecycle is an advantage.
- Having knowledge on ANSYS, Q3D is an advantage

**Salary**: ₹684,748.02 - ₹3,752,347.81 per year
