**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement digital/analog power electronics circuits.
- Test and validate designs.
- Perform MATLAB/Simulink simulations.
- Perform MATLAB Embedded coder Firmware modifications.
- Modify existing Firmware code, or provide new code as needed.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of circuits.
- Provide professional reports.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline, with focus/experience on power electronics.
- Ability to analysis compontns stress, requirements, and selecting the right parts.
- Experience and deep understanding of Power Electronics, controls, and different kinds of power converters
- Power electronics Firmware development, and integration skills (preferably TI C2000 family)
- Having working knowledge of on-line dual conversion UPSs.
- Familiar with various control loop designs (e.g. PI, PID, Feed forward etc).
- LC and LCL filter design.
- Common and Differential mode EMI filter.
- MATLAB/Simulink modeling, simulations, and analysis skills.
- Able to design, develop and test the circuit boards and systems independently.
- Contribute to the rapid prototyping for new designs.
- Trouble shooting and Root cause analysis of circuits and Boards failures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Global teamwork experience.
- Can read and understand schematics.
- Use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficiency in distilling date and generating test reports and presentations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, with focus on power electronics.
- Being familiar with Battery Energy storages, and their related circuitry (e.g. Lead Acid, Lithium Iron Phosphate etc.) for back-up UPS power.
- High power/ high voltage experience.
- Understanding Parallel Operation, ‘N+1’ UPS, and modular design.
- Experienced in MIL-STD-461F, MIL-STD-1399-300B, MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-167A etc.
- PCB design and layout using Altium.
- Magnetic design (Inductor and Transformer including High Frequency).
- Validation and verification experience.
- Experience with Soft-switching and resonant topologies.
- Experience in relevant or similar industries: motor drives, power supplies, etc.
- Experience with GaN and SiC power components.
- Experience with EMI design and practical troubleshooting.
- Complete product life-cycle experience.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
