⚡ We’re Hiring: Engineer – Power ElectronicsLocation: MVM Plaza, 1st BB Road, Bengaluru, KarnatakaExperience: 3 – 5 YearsWork Mode: OfficeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Power Electronics Engineer to drive the design, development, and validation of advanced power electronics systems for electric vehicles (EVs), focusing on high-voltage battery applications .This role will contribute to shaping the next generation of EV propulsion and energy storage systems while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-performance solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development of DC-DC converters, onboard chargers (OBC), inverters, and BMS interfacesDefine system architecture and component specifications for high-voltage (400V–800V) battery systemsCollaborate with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering teams for integrationSimulation, modelling, and analysis of power electronics circuits using PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, LTspiceGuide PCB layout for high-power designs ensuring EMI/EMC compliance and thermal managementDrive validation and testing of prototypes in lab and vehicle environmentsEvaluate and select components such as IGBTs, SiC/GaN FETs, gate drivers, magnetics, and capacitorsEnsure compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, and functional safetyMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews and design documentationManage requirements, system integration, test strategy, and issue resolutionDocument system requirements and specifications with traceable test cases for smooth validationRequired Skills & Experience3+ years in HV Systems Engineering, BMS design, or related Power Electronics rolesExpertise in vehicle system interfaces and integrationExperience in HV Product Development for EVs , system engineering, and understanding of product/software development life cycleHands-on experience in CAN tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, DET) is an advantageFamiliarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, SYSML/UML, Mantis, CodeBeamer)Strong understanding of high-voltage systems, safety protocols, thermal management, and electrical system integrationLeadership, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skillsDegree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent disciplineApply Now – Send your resume to: in your application:Total & Relevant ExperienceCurrent & Preferred LocationCurrent CTC & Expected CTCNotice Period ( Immediate to 30 days preferred )Last Working Day (if serving / already left)Reason for any recent career gaps
