Preparing, updating and maintaining Customer MIS / Cancellation Details / Refund details / RERA MIS / Inventory on Daily, weekly and monthly basis in excel and files.
- Preparation of Cost sheet.
- Coordination with sales team, timely collection and Preparation of Documents: Agreements (edit customer detail), Demand Letter, Customer Receipt, Sales MIS, Booking forms, Create customer IDs for new customers.
- Making timely provision of unsold inventory & provide it to all sales verticals as per the requirement.
- Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis Bookings, Cancellation, Changes, down payment, etc.
- Coordinating with Bank for confirmation of payment clearance.
- Perform routine follow up calls: Recovery, Documentation etc
- Collecting and reporting post sales customer information and issues
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
