 Sending Demand, Reminder letter, preparing agreement, NOC, EFT Letter & Possession letter.

 To do collection of the client, provide receipt.

 Help customer in calculating & paying TDS.

 Explain customer the Registration Process

 Follow up with banker for disbursement, also providing documents to the banker for APF.

 Doing Reconciliation with Accounts for the payment received from start to end for possession

 Maintaining MIS of the project.

 Reconciliation of TDS from 26AS.

 Resolve queries and complains of the customer.

 Handing over possession to the client by completing the documentation for Society Formation

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
