- ** Therapist Schedule Management**: Coordinate the availability and day-to-day schedules of therapists, including processing vacation and time-off requests.
- ** Credential Management**: Ensure that therapists' credentials (soft copies of documents and other paperwork) are securely stored and updated in the software.
- ** Onboarding**: Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new team members joining the network, ensuring they complete the necessary paperwork and understand their roles.
- ** Training and Development**: Develop and maintain a training calendar for the team. Prepare and distribute training materials and communicate training schedules regularly to ensure continuous development.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- ** Work Schedule**: Comfortable with working in the IST shift from **4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST**.
