- Ability to understand the customer requirements.
- Understand the needs of Customers, providing effective customer support services and inbound and outbound calls.
- Responsible to build excellent customer relationship.
- Responsible for branch targets.
- Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Degree / MBA
- Female

**Experience**:

- 4 - 6 years of work experience in Customer relations,sales and customer care.

**Skills**:

- Good Communication Skills.
- Good working Experience in MS Office.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
