**Job Tittle**:Associate Recruiter**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for end-end US Region recruiting & positioning BNY as an employer of choice for potential Talent
- Build and maintain partnerships with business stake holders, Hiring Manager for seamless delivery and implementing Talent Acquisition plans
- Ability to work in a team environment &manage multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on in various sourcing platforms and technique to further build a robust pipeline of top pedigree Talent
- Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions, on hiring process, Talent pool.
- Hands-on in any of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide Market insights on hiring trends, talent mapping and innovative recruitment solutions.

**To Land This Gig You'll Need**:

- 2-5 years of experience of full-cycle recruiting within large Product tech/ Fintech or Corporate.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, various deadlines and Priorities
- Strong experience in sourcing techniques and partnering with business.
- Experience in managing End-End process in ATS
- Proven expertise in market intelligence and work as go getter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills
