**7. Metrics Monitoring**: Tracking key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire to evaluate and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.

**9. Collaboration**: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and future hiring requirements.

**10. Onboarding Support**: Assisting new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent, ultimately contributing to the company's overall success.
