Unit Head(HOD)
- for our one business vertical

Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Department (HOD) for our Surat location for one of our business verticals which deal in B2B e commerce sales. This is a full-time, on-site role. As an HOD, you will oversee the daily operations of the division and work closely with our team to ensure we are meeting our business sales targets. You will also be managing P&L/Balance sheet, managing employees, training and development, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring effective communication across departments, and driving strategy to increase profitability.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

8+ years of experience in management or a leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry

Proven leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong business acumen and analytical skills

Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for business growth and development

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to build productive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners

Employment Type

Full-time

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
