**Position**: Air Jet Weaving Incharge - HOD
**Experience**: Minimum 400+ Air Jet Loom Weaving experience required

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Air Jet Weaving department
Manage a team of operators and technicians for optimal productivity
Ensure high-quality fabric production with mínimal defects
Troubleshoot machine and process issues to reduce downtime
Implement best practices to enhance production efficiency
Monitor and maintain production records for continuous improvement
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely machine upkeep

Extensive experience in managing 400+ air jet looms
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth technical knowledge of air jet weaving technology
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
