6) Job Description:

- **Inventory**Receive, record, store, and replenish inventory. Ensure inventory is stored in the correct locations and is accurately counted.
- **Shipping and receiving**Oversee the delivery of goods into the warehouse and their efficient dispatch to customers.
- **Safety**Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized.
- **Staff management**Schedule, train, supervise, and appraise warehouse staff.
- **Equipment**Inspect, maintain, and ensure the proper operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- **Logistics**Manage the flow of products to customers and company facilities.
- **Communication**Communicate with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to solve problems and provide instructions.
- **Planning**Collaborate with other departments to develop strategic plans and procedures to improve efficiency.
- **Reporting**Maintain statistical and financial records, and keep health and safety records.
