Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Godown InCharge to join our team in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience. As a Godown InCharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and logistics coordination. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of our supply chain.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in inventory management with the ability to manage stock levels, track orders, and ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems to control and manage the storage and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Experience in coordinating supply chain operations to streamline processes and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills for maintaining accurate records of inventory and logistic activities.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently, handling goods of various sizes and weights within the premises.
• Compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment and protect warehouse assets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective and efficient inventory management and logistics activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and timely delivery of products.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory levels and warehouse transactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the warehouse environment.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Manage warehouse equipment and resources, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
• Assist in developing inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
• In case if not work in Godawn then will help in the company with any work.
• Follow work instructions and assist in tasks assigned by the supervisor.
