Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for a variety of tasks that help a company grow, including: Identifying and generating new business opportunities BDEs research businesses, individuals, and industry trends to find potential new clients and markets. Building relationships with clients BDEs communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions, and they work to create long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients. Developing sales strategies BDEs create strategies to expand the company and ensure its offerings align with customer and market demands. Negotiating contracts BDEs negotiate business terms with clients, and they translate proposals into contracts that are ready to sign. Managing the sales process BDEs own the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to implementation, and they manage sales meetings. Working with other teams BDEs collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams. They also work with senior team members to manage risks and train and mentor sales team members. Attending networking events BDEs attend conferences and industry events to build their network. Traveling BDEs may need to travel frequently to meet clients in person, and they may travel internationally depending on project requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
