**Job Title: Customer Coordination Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: Negotiable based on the experience.

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication**: Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on order status, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- **Order Management**: Receive and update sales orders from customers or the marketing team into our ERP system.
- **Production Coordination**: Work closely with the planning team to ensure goods are produced as per the customer’s schedule and requirements.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**: Collaborate with purchasing and subcontracting teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components.
- **Logistics Support**: Coordinate with the Finished Goods (FG) and logistics teams to ensure goods are loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.
- **Quality Control Coordination**: Work with the Quality Control team to address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- **Order and Shipment Updates**: Keep customers informed about any production delays, shipment schedules, and other changes that may affect their orders.

## **Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and order management.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, particularly in addressing customer concerns and production challenges.
