**Job Title: Warehouse Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Inventory Management**:

- Maintain daily stock records in MS Excel and SAP Business One.
- Ensure timely inward, outward, and empty stock collection updates.
- Implement FIFO, LIFO, and 5S systems for efficient warehouse operations.
- ** Customer & Vendor Coordination**:

- Coordinate with customers regarding empty stock and vehicle planning.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth dispatch of materials.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**:

- Collect, scan, and maintain POD copies and other essential records.
- Generate and share weekly stock reports with customers.
- ** Operational Efficiency & Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety and operational guidelines.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff for smooth daily operations.
- Conduct periodic visits to customer locations for stock updates.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be able to ride a bike for operational purposes.
- Strong understanding of FIFO, LIFO, and 5S methodologies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and provide extra time when required.
- Prior experience in manpower handling is preferred.
