Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO standards and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Raw Material and Product Testing: Test and evaluate raw materials for quality, safety, and compliance. Perform in-process quality inspections and monitor critical control points. Analyze finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, nutritional requirements, and labeling requirements. Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and standards. Monitor and track product quality throughout the production process. Participate in quality management system reviews and promote quality and food safety policies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities. Generate reports on quality issues and corrective actions. Collaboration and Communication: Work with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues. Communicate quality standards and procedures to all personnel.
