**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **proactive, professional, and results-driven Sales Associate** to spearhead our local outreach in **Lucknow**. This field-based role involves establishing partnerships with educational consultancies, coaching institutes, and academic institutions to generate high-quality student and skilled migration leads for our Australia-focused study programs, as well as for individuals wishing to migrate to Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct structured visits to educational centers, coaching institutes, and colleges across Lucknow.
- Present Migration Star’s offerings to institute heads, counselors, and prospective students.
- Represent the company at local events, seminars, and student forums.

**Attractive incentives** are offered for exceeding performance benchmarks.
- 1-3 years’ experience in **field sales, education marketing**, or **admissions outreach**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport
- Fluent in **Hindi and English**; confident public speaker
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
- Familiarity with **Lucknow’s education landscape** is an advantage
