**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring existing Whatsapp groups for our restaurant and hospitality clients to respond to queries
- Providing virtual support in real time to clients in the UK, US and more
- Troubleshooting basic problems with our software and kiosk systems
- Referring issues to the development team so they can make a ticket to solve the problem
- Tracking and reporting on the progress of bug fixes to clients

**Requirements**:

- High proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential to communicate with customers
- High degree if flexibility and willingness to work fixed shifts
- Computer literacy, comfortable using communication platforms such as Whatsapp

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
