**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Intern

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Job Type**: Internship (Part-Time)
**Duration**: 2 - 3 Months / 6 Months
**Stipend**: Performance-Based
**Reporting To**: Marketing Manager / Director

We offer structured courses in vocals, instruments, and dance, affiliated with reputed music boards. Our mission is to cultivate passion and professionalism in music education.

**Key Responsibilities :School & Society Tie-Ups**:

- Identify and approach nearby **schools** for collaborations, including:

- Organizing music workshops, demos, and cultural events
- Offering co-branded music programs or after-school activities
- Promoting student referrals and group discounts
- Develop relationships with **residential societies and RWAs** to:

- Conduct musical evenings, talent hunts, or open-mic events
- Distribute flyers/posters and run awareness campaigns
- Offer group classes or doorstep music learning solutions
- Maintain a database of partner schools and societies for regular follow-ups and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized promotional materials for schools and societies

**Key Responsibilities:Marketing**:

- Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Help in SEO optimization of website content and blog articles
- Create posters, brochures, and other promotional materials (Canva or similar tools)
- Coordinate and promote events, workshops, and performances

**Sales**:

- Handle inbound inquiries from leads (phone, WhatsApp, website, social media)
- Follow up with prospective students and parents for course information and admissions
- Maintain and update CRM / lead database
- Assist in developing partnerships with schools, activity centers, and influencers
- Provide support during demo classes and campus visits

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and creative thinker
- Passion for music and performing arts is a plus
