**Social Media and Digital Content Strategist (in Cybersecurity)**

**Location: Mumbai, India**

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Content Strategist who can enhance our brand
and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop a social media strategy for our global network, which enhances community-building, information-sharing
- Gate keeper for all global social content that is being created
- Create and manage social media content which enhances and furthers strategic objective
- Develop strategies and guidelines for the use of social media platforms
- Collaborate with teams around the world to manage social media strategy and content
- Ensure that social media strategy and campaigns align with the organizations communications and marketing strategy
- Utilize various analytics, data collection platforms and tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, provide insights, and create engaging reports on the impact of social media and to drive tactics and strategy
- Manage online discussion; monitor and engage with the global network of partner organizations and funders to build our global community and enhance the organizations reputation
- Maintain a robust editorial calendar for social media that is integrated with the organizations communications calendar

**Desired Qualifications, Skills & experience**
- Cyber Security certification knowledge is a plus.
- At least 3 years working in social or digital media.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Proactive thinker who develops insights from data to inform creative vision and new ideas.
- Experience leading social media campaigns and content development.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary i.e. content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management
- Experience and knowledge of using social media publishing and listening tools
- Marketing degree is welcomed, but not required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
