
Retail Sales Officer

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible to convert inquiries into leads and then to sales deal. With a pleasant and appealing personality, should win the hearts of Customers and retain those customers. Respond to customer complaints and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate products
- Displaying products to customers
- Memorize product locations throughout the store and be able to direct customers or make suggestions
- Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner
- Create a rapport with the Customers for future shopping
- Calling / follow up with new / existing customers
- Perform basic math functions to determine the price of product.
- Generate Invoices & Notes for customers
- Maintain physical stock register
- Maintain Invoices register
- Helping others whenever needed
- Meeting Target as per store business Plan
- Adherence to the commercial compliances
- Should maintain high grooming standards.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
