- Understanding of Electrical and Mechanical system of, Spm machines,utility compressor ,
chillers, printing machine, fumes extractor, Preventive maintenance system, Documentation Sr. No. Job Discriptions 1 Able to lead a team of Electrician and fitter 2 Good Basic Knowledge of Electrical Equipments like Contactor,SMPS,Timers,Relay,Sensors,Limit switches,
Transforemer,VFD,MCB,MPCB,MCCB,Motors 3 Able to read Electrical wiring diagram 4 Good knowledge of Multimeter,Tong Tester,Megger. 5 Good Technical Knowledge of DOL Starter,Star Delta Starter,Reverse forward Starter. 6 Good Technical and Hand Experience on Special Purpose Machine, Fume extractor, laser printing machine ,
Barcode Printer etc. 7 Hand Experience on Compressor, chiller Basic Maintenance 8 Hand Experience of MCB,MCCB,MPCB,ACB Maintenance 9 Hand Experience of Induction Motor Maintenance 10 Good Basic Knowledge of PLC IO checking 11 Hand Experience on PLC Panel Wiring 12 Hand Experience on Contactor/Relay Logic Wiring 13 Able to Do small Small hard wiring logic 14 Able to attend Machine breakdowns/Plan activates Under Shift Engineer 15 Able to Make Electrical Wiring Diagram 16 Able to Read Manual for Special Purpose machine Trouble shooting 17 Basic Knowledge of Computer 18 Hand Experience of Hoist Maintenance 19 Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatic system 20 Basic Knowledge of Mechanical Tools like Spanners,allen keys,drills,Taps,Puller,Vernier,Micrometer,
Clamping force Meter,Mandrills 21 Basic knowledge of Hydraulics & Penumatics 22 Basic Knowledge of Bearings 23 Basic Knowledge on Belts and Drives 24 Basic Knowledge on Fastners 25 Basic Knowledge on Ballscrew & Lead screw 26 Able to replace Hydraulic pump seal 27 Able to Replace Hyd valve 28 Able to Replace Hyd hose & fittings 29 Able to top up Lub Oil on machine 30 Able to top up Hyd oil on machine. 31 Hand experience on Machine oil leakages arresting 32 Hand experience on Machines air leakages arresting 33 Able to replace Air pipe & fittings 34 Knowledge of Compressor Daily Autonomous Maintenance 35 Knowledge of word,XL,PPT,report prepration & analysis of reports on daily,weekly,monthly basis etc.1

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
