Position: Machine Operator

Location: Loni, Ghaziabad

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) efficiently and safely.
  • Set up machines with correct tools, dies, or programs as per job order.
  • Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or job cards.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, micrometers).
  • Maintain production quality and minimize rejections.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness around the workstation.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and report any breakdowns.
  • Support team members to achieve production targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • ITI / Diploma / 10+2 with relevant machine operation experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and measuring tools.
  • Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in [specific machine operation, e.g., press brake/CNC/lathe].
