Position: Machine Operator
Location: Loni, Ghaziabad
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines with correct tools, dies, or programs as per job order.
- Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or job cards.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, micrometers).
- Maintain production quality and minimize rejections.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness around the workstation.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any breakdowns.
- Support team members to achieve production targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- ITI / Diploma / 10+2 with relevant machine operation experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and measuring tools.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in [specific machine operation, e.g., press brake/CNC/lathe].
- Good teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness.
