Job Title SNK Operator CNC Machine Operator SNK Department Production Machine Shop Job Summary The SNK Operator will be responsible for operating and setting up SNK CNC machines such as HMC VMC Double Column Machining Centers to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards The role requires strong technical understanding of machining processes tools and machine programming Key Responsibilities Set up and operate SNK CNC machines e g SNK HMC VMC or 5-axis machining centers Load unload workpieces and ensure correct job fixture setup as per process sheets Read and interpret engineering drawings G-codes and process instructions Make necessary offset adjustments tool changes and parameter corrections during machining Inspect components using measuring instruments Vernier Micrometer Height Gauge Bore Gauge CMM etc Ensure machine operation within defined tolerances and surface finish standards Maintain machine cleanliness coolant level and daily maintenance records Identify and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor Work closely with the quality and maintenance teams for process improvement Follow all safety and 5S standards during machine operation Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of CNC operations tooling and cutting parameters Experience with Fanuc Mitsubishi Siemens controls depending on SNK model Ability to read mechanical drawings and GD T symbols Good understanding of material machining steel cast iron aluminum etc Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and quality orientation Willingness to work in shifts Qualification ITI Diploma in Mechanical Production Engineering or equivalent Experience 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining preferably on SNK machines Preferred Industry Heavy Engineering Forging Gear Manufacturing Machine Tool Industry Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
