**About the Role**
**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Developing job postings for various Job Portals.
- Maintaining updated records of recruitment activities and progress.
- Onboarding new hires and providing settling-in support.
- Analysing recruiting trends and keeping up with them for improvement.
- Reach Out to Various Campuses for Campus Requirement
**Requirements**:
Hence typically, we look for the following in you:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage timelines efficiently.
- Outstanding research and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is desired.
- Ability to create a strong network of contacts in the industry.
- Adaptability to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to Multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and coordinating with other stakeholders.
- Manage time effectively and efficiently to meet hiring deadlines and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
