**Reports** To: Tax Manager / Partner Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented UK Tax Advisor to join our dynamic tax team.

You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients on critical tax matters including decisions around incorporation of portfolios and evaluating the effectiveness of group structures.Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake tax reviews and provide clear recommendations tailored to client circumstances
- .Advise clients on strategic tax decisions including:

- Evaluating the benefits and implications of portfolio incorporation.
- Assessing the suitability and tax efficiency of group structures.
- Keep abreast of changes in UK tax legislation and HMRC guidance, ensuring compliance and maximising tax efficiency for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Draft clear and concise client reports outlining tax positions and recommendations.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- Qualified accountant or tax advisor (ACA/ACCA/CTA preferred).
- Previous experience with HMRC clearance processes.
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate and individual tax law.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within deadlines.Desirable Skills:

- Experience in advising on tax implications of group structures and incorporations.
- Experience working within professional services or consultancy.
