**Introduction**:
This role is within the Technology & Cybr CCO for Regulatory Governance and Execution function.
- This role is within the Technology and Security Chief Control Office for Regulatory Governance and Execution function. The primary focus of the role is to provide Governance and Execution support for regulatory engagements - onsite examinations, periodic submissions and compliance review.

**What will you be doing?**
- Partner with regional based teams; support in the roll out of the regulatory governance model
- Lead/support governance and execution of regulatory requirements coming from Compliance and/or Regulatory relations for the region
- Partner with GTIS/Tech/CSO and other relevant teams for gathering evidences and carry out independent check and challenge of the responses/evidences prior to submission
- Lead/support periodic checkpoint meetings to apprise working group and stakeholders of the progress
- Track progress of all activities associated with commitments made to regulators, ensuring there is a clear plan for delivery and escalating issues as needed within the team
- Support the reporting framework to effectively and concisely communicate key issues and risks to the senior management
- Improve the cadence of effective communication particularly regarding issues and roadblocks, to prevent them becoming emergencies

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and equivalent work experience in relevant industry with strong background in risk management, technology and information security
- Experience in assessing design and operating effectiveness of technology controls related to Technology Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in managing the service delivery and operations with the help of key metrics like KRI, KCI, KPI etc. and designing the scorecard etc.
- Hands-on experience working/supporting SOX, SOC, Internal/ External/ Regulatory Audits
- Experience in leveraging IT risk frameworks such as COBIT5, COSO, NIST
- Excellent knowledge of information technology risks, controls and risk remediation and experience using industry wide GRC tools

**Skills that will help you in the role**
- Review of Audit findings, self-identified issues and breaches to align them with operational risk, regulatory requirements and Barclay’s Control Framework
- Advising IT on pragmatic approaches to meeting regulatory mandated technology controls and risk reduction
- Delivering of risk reduction and operational improvement projects
- Relevant professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP, CRISC or equivalent
