**Education Background Required**:
Diploma / Graduate in Any Discipline (preferred: Communications, Marketing, or relevant fields)

**Work Location**:
Solan (Himachal Pradesh) (On-site only)

**Experience**:
0-2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Handle inbound customer calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, support, and upselling opportunities.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively to customers.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
- Accurately update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for feedback and campaign coordination.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask and handle rejection professionally
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages preferred)

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
