
Front Desk Executive

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
- Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff to ensure availability of meeting rooms and necessary resources.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, and the public, providing information or directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assist in coordinating office events, including arranging catering and managing RSVPs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of office procedures.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
