**Role : Startup Enrollment Executive**

**Location** : Bangalore

**Qualification** : Any graduate

**NP** : Immediate -15 days

We are looking for a proactive **Startup Enrollment Executive** to drive startup onboarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential startups for enrollment into the Startup Synergy ecosystem.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote the platform’s value proposition.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard startups without CSR funding, leveraging alternative methods such as partnerships, bootstrapped models, and self-funded enrollments.
- Build and maintain relationships with startup founders, incubators, accelerators, and other ecosystem players.
- Gather insights on startup needs and tailor enrollment strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain records, track progress, and report enrollment metrics.

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of experience in business development, startup ecosystem, or sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and innovation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.
- Experience in startup accelerators, incubators, or business development is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
